Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, exhibitors, speakers, and delegates registered to attend the Massive Earth Summit- APAC Edition Being hosted in Singapore on, April 2025. Massive Earth Foundation is the event’s official organizer
By registering, you (“You”) agree to these Terms & Conditions and are bound by them.
Event Registration
1. You agree to pay the applicable ticket cost for the Event.
2. Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted, subject to Organizer approval.
3. Admission is at the Organizer’s sole discretion, even after confirmation.
4. If payment is not received by the specified deadline, registration may be canceled.
5. Organizers reserve the right to deny additional registrations if capacity is reached.
6. Organizers may change these Terms & Conditions or other Event information on the Event’s website or related platforms at any time. Continued use of these platforms signifies acceptance of such changes.
7. The Event date and venue are fixed; You cannot request postponement or booking transfers to other events.
8. Organizers may change the title, location, format, or schedule at their discretion.
By registering, You consent to allow Organizers to use the provided contact details for event-related communications and other updates.
Attendance Requirements
1. Event passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be upgraded.
2. You may be required to present government-issued ID upon entry.
3. Organizers reserve the right of admission and may deny entry without question.
4. By entering exhibition booths, You consent to share registration data with exhibitors for follow-up and marketing purposes.
Foreign attendees are responsible for their own travel, visa, and accommodation arrangements.
Venue Rules and Liability
1. You must comply with all Venue rules, including health and safety guidelines.
2. Personal property is Your responsibility; Organizers are not liable for loss or damage.
3. Damage to Venue property by You will result in liability for the damages incurred.
4. Use of parking and other facilities is at Your own risk.
5. Organizers are not liable for any health issues, allergies, or disabilities arising during the Event.
You agree to act respectfully, follow all laws, and carry sufficient personal insurance.
Event Content
1. Organizers reserve the right to modify the Event agenda, speakers, timing, or venue.
2. All recordings, presentations, materials, and documentation provided are the exclusive property of the Organizers. Recording or republishing this content without permission is prohibited.
3. Any online Event content may be removed at the Organizers’ discretion.
4. Organizers are not responsible for speakers’ opinions; they are solely the views of the speaker.
By attending, You consent to the Organizer’s use of photographs, videos, and other recordings in which You may appear.
Liability
1. Organizers’ maximum liability is limited to the Event registration fee.
2. Organizers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or data.
3. You agree to indemnify and hold Organizers harmless against claims arising from Your actions or any damage to the Venue or intellectual property infringement.
Compliance with Laws
1. You must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to bribery, corruption, and COVID-19 safety measures.
2. Proof of WHO-approved COVID-19 vaccination or a negative RT-PCR test within 48 hours prior is required for attendance, along with mask-wearing.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control (such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or pandemics), Organizers reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify the Event without liability.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the 19th India Digital Summit (“Event”) organized by [MassiveSummit.org](https://massivesummite.org). By registering for or participating in the Event, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
General
1. These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy on the website, form an integral part of the agreement between the Event organizers and attendees.
2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
3. No partnership, agency, joint venture, or employee/employer relationship is created by these Terms and Conditions.
4. These Terms and Conditions, including all referenced documents, represent the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any previous agreements.
Data Protection and Privacy
By registering for the Event, you consent to the use of your personal information as outlined:
– For internal purposes, including accounts processing and analysis;
– Publishing your company name on the Event website, in the official catalogue, and in relevant directories;
– Invitations to other events organized by the Event organizer;
– Disclosure to contractors for Event-related services;
– Disclosure to the organizer’s affiliates worldwide.
If you do not wish to have your information used as described, please contact us at [contact@gomassive.org](mailto:contact@gomassive.org). Upon receiving your request, we will cease using your data as requested.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
– Passes once issued are non-refundable and non-upgradable.
– If the Event is postponed or canceled due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer will not be liable for any damages, costs, or losses.
– The organizer reserves the right to retain the registration fee for future events or issue a partial refund after deducting incurred costs.
– No refunds are given for cancellations by visitors, delegates, attendees, or speakers.
Exhibitor Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions:
– “Agreement” refers to these Terms, the Exhibition Sales Order, and annexures.
– “Event” means the 19th India Digital Summit hosted on January 16-17, 2025, at Aerocity, New Delhi.
– “Contract Period” is from 00:00 on January 16, 2025, to 16:00 on January 17, 2025.
2. Approval and Use of Marks:
– The organizer retains discretion over Brand displays.
– Exhibitors may only use Event marks with prior written approval.
– No intellectual property or licensing rights to Marks are transferred.
3. Payments and Invoicing:
– Payments must be timely and are essential to the Agreement.
– Delayed payments result in a reduction of branding benefits.
4. Taxation:
– Fees are exclusive of GST, which is payable by the Exhibitor.
5. Non-Exclusivity:
– Exhibitors acknowledge that the Event organizer may engage in other promotional activities without exclusivity.
Warranties and Obligations
1. Exhibitors and organizers will ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
2. Exhibitors confirm their ownership of intellectual property in their branding materials.
3. Organizers will obtain necessary approvals and comply with legal requirements for Event operations.
Indemnity
The Exhibitor indemnifies the Event organizer against claims arising from promotional activities, intellectual property violations, or disruptions caused by Exhibitor’s materials or conduct.
Limitation of Liability
The organizer’s liability is limited to amounts received from Exhibitors and excludes consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
Each party retains rights to their trademarks and logos. The Event organizer exclusively owns all intellectual property in the Event recordings.
Liability for Property and Personnel
Exhibitors are responsible for their property and personnel at the Venue.
No Assignment or Transfer
Rights and obligations under this Agreement are non-transferable without written consent.
Termination
1. Each party may terminate the Agreement upon breach by the other party.
2. Termination does not affect accrued rights and liabilities.
3. The organizer may immediately remove branding upon any breach by the Exhibitor.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen events like pandemics, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.
Miscellaneous
1. Notices: Must be sent via registered mail, courier, or electronic mail to the parties’ specified addresses.
2. Confidentiality: Both parties will maintain confidentiality regarding all shared information.
3. Relationship: No partnership or joint venture is created by this Agreement.
4. Governing Law and Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved by arbitration per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with arbitration in Mumbai and in the English language.
